Excellent location; friendly staff; the apartments need some refurbishing though and we had issues with one of the bathrooms due to wear and tear.

Its in the center of Marina,Dubai. Everything is within reach and accessible. Its a walking distance to DMCC Metro Station. Therefore its so easy to get to Dubai City Center. Staff are very helpful. Property has everything that you need.
