Sanjay is great in housekeeping, he is cleaning the room well, all hygiene and good work by him. Room cleaning everyday is done. Bathrooms are clean

2 night Stay in Dubai

On arrival the staff were friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is located in a great location to get around Dubai rooms were spacious clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Check in process was very slow. Did not get access to room until 5.20pm despite arriving and dropping bags at 7.30am. Was told room would be ready by 1.30-2.00pm. Towels not available at pool or gym. Struggled to get towels in room. Could do with sanitiser spray bottles and towels in gym to clean equipment.

One of the best budget hotels, everyone is nice, beautiful place and environment, lovely staff. Would definitely go back there

Wonderful and helpful staff. clean hotel. A little out of the way from the rest of the action in Dubia. There was a small TV, but the room was comfortable. Ethiad Museum was in walking distance, some good food options nearby, and supermarket right next door.
