Stayed in Dubai on several occasions and always find the hotels great and this was no exception. Hotel inside and out is spotless and the staff can’t do enough for you. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing high end holiday I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a little more life then maybe stay in the Hilton next door, pretty much an identical hotel but with a sports bar and other entertainment to which the Marriott has very little, this isn’t a negative at all and doesn’t detract from the hotel at all

I recently stayed at the Marriott Jumeirah West Palm in Dubai, and while the hotel itself is beautiful and the service is friendly, the room’s maintenance and attention to detail fell short of expectations. The most important aspect of any room for me is a well-functioning air conditioner, and unfortunately, the unit in my room was inadequate. It struggled to keep the room cool during the day and was barely sufficient at night. The thermostat was outdated compared to the rest of the room, indicating it hadn’t been renovated in quite some time.
Despite the room’s grand appearance, several features were not functioning properly. The bidet hose had an issue with excessively hot water, making it uncomfortable to use, and unfortunately, it couldn’t be adjusted even after a technician’s visit. The Wi-Fi was weak, the bathroom lacked conditioner (which we had to request), and a piece of the shower was broken and loose. The haridryer did not have a compatible socket in the bathroom so it had to be used in the coffee/kitchen area. The door lock and balcony light also did not work, and despite requesting housekeeping before leaving for six hours, the room was not attended to. Additionally, there was insufficient toilet paper provided. These issues detracted from what could have been a great stay.
As a Bonvoy member, I was especially disappointed, given my loyalty to the brand. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.”
