We had a nice room and bathroom and the hotel is in a great location close to a metro station plus lots of shops and places to eat. The downside is that across the road from the hotel there is a night market and they have singers meaning it was very noisy at night. We asked to be moved to the quiet side of the hotel which the staff did quickly and without fuss but it is something to keep in mind if you plan to stay at the Landmark Grand.

Tv Channels limited to a local tv.
International channels not working properly. also WiFi is instable all the time.

1 night stay

Staff not friendly at all and they have no customer service skills.
Need to smile and greet guest, had a few issue and didn’t once apologise.
Dirty smelly bedding, horrible smell in bedroom.
It’s a good job it was 1 night stay only.
Breakfast was ok and the staff in restaurant are very helpful and polite.

I did not stay at this property: I left due to the lowest standard possible and notified the hotel about it. Person at reception mentioned that I would get a refund, but nothing happened - I also contacted Expedia, sent email to the hotel and still nothing.
If i could give it a 0 - i would. I recently booked a stay at the Landmark Grand Hotel through Expedia . Initially I booked 4 nights but I stayed for only 2 hours due to the poor condition of the hotel, which was unacceptable even for a 2-star establishment and this one being 4!
Once checked in, I paid for early check in and went to the room that was looking worse than the one I am attaching below. Then,
I was given the other room that looked “cleaner” since the previous room was just destroyed. You can see the “cleaner” standard - it was scary to brush teeth in such environment.
The issues I encountered included:
Dirty toilet and bathtub
Ripped and unwashed bedsheets
Extremely dusty room
Sink making an awful noise
These conditions are not acceptable for a four-star hotel and significantly impacted my stay. I have documented these issues with photographs.
Once reported and leaving the hotel in 2 hours , the lady on reception told me I would get a refund, but no contact was done ever since, even though reported and contacted.
