As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The facilities were among the best we have experienced, and our overall experience - from the friendly staff to the excellent restaurants and beaches - felt like an oasis.
However, one area for improvement, especially for families with small children, is the lack of evening entertainment for the little ones, which was surprising given how excellent the daytime facilities were.
We will definitely be returning next year!

Loved the hotel and having option to use the other Jumeirahs was really impressive. I think a bit of a tour of the site and what pools and areas we could use would have been helpful. I will return again

Excellent staff and very close to water park. Peter manager at reception checked us in and gave a great first impressions about the hotel. Keep it up
