I had an unforgettable stay at Jebel Ali Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a pristine private beach that offered the perfect place to unwind. The variety of activities available, from water sports to relaxing spa treatments, kept everyone in our group entertained. The restaurants offered a wide range of delicious cuisines, and the food quality was top-notch. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views of the ocean. Overall, Jebel Ali Beach Resort provided an incredible experience and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway!

Okay But Won’t Repeat It

Swimming pool was closed. Too much noise for the maintenance work on the pool. Old hotel. This information should’ve been mentioned clearly before confirming the booking specifically with their non refundable cancellation policy. Not flexible at all.

Good value all inclusive

The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go almost anywhere and have a full meal&drinks.

I had a disappointing check-in experience at the hotel. As an Expedia gold member, I was expecting to receive an upgrade, subject to availability. Surprisingly, there was an available upgrade, but the hotel staff informed me that I needed to be a gold member with their specific program. I requested, at the very least, a room with a view, highlighting my status as an Expedia gold member. However, the receptionist signed me up for their membership, even though I already had a membership with Expedia. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with an excessive amount of paperwork to sign. While the hotel itself was decent, I believe there is room for improvement in their services. They should be more accommodating to guests who come from different platforms with various memberships. It's disheartening that, despite being a loyal Expedia member since 2010, I was treated in such a manner simply because I didn't make a direct reservation with the hotel.
