Likes: - smooth check in process - friendly staff - hotel is a 10 minute walk from Mall of the Emirates Could improve: - required renovations as the rooms are outdated; upgrade the carpeting and wall color maybe for a more relaxing room ambience

Disappointed - Hotel was closed

We arrived at the hotel and found it was closed due to flooding. We received no notification from the hotel or Hotels.com there was any issue with our accomodation and in fact received an email 2 days before our stay asking if we wish to upgrade our stay. There was a handwritten notice on the front of the hotel advising us to ring for help - the number provided would not connect via our mobiles or a land line. Very disappointed with this booking.
