The hotel is large and rooms are big . It is near the gold souk . There is no metro near the hotel. The nearest metro is gold souk . We were there 3 nights.
Breakfast was included and they had very good selections of food. Lot of Indian food
The problem we had was on the 2nd day in the evening when we returned from shopping there were no hot water. We needed to have shower. When I asked the receptionist about it, he said there was a problem with the hot water and they are looking into it. I told him my husband went to have a shower and there were no hot water.
I also told him we should have been informed about it. He said you should have been informed but don’t know what happened sorry. I don’t think that was good enough . We couldn’t have shower that night. Had cold wash.
The next day we left the hotel after breakfast and returned about 6.30 pm. Our room was not done. The cleaner was next door , I told him the room was not done . He spoke very poor English. Kept saying I will do your room next. After being out all day we were tired. We had to leave the room again for the cleaner to clean the room in the evening.
This is the two problem we had while staying in the hotel.

Very nice hotel with very friendly professional staff. Enjoyed my stay . Will choose it again for my next trip.
