Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

Mustafa and Michael from reception were excellent, the Filipina who’s a supervisor of the dining experience was excellent, over all the hotel was excellent, I will definitely recommend this hotel, and will chose this hotel again and again

This is a great hotel
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the gym is modern and the pool big enough to lap in.
Breakfast is excellent both with choices and service.
The staff is most accommodating

The indigo is always our first stop when we flight to Dubai. Its location and modern style, hospitality and amenities are fantastic. I’ve been there with my four years old and we had a lot of fun. Note to mention the personal who always interacted with my little girl was amazing. Again!

Absolutely wonderful stay. We chose this property for our Honeymoon and we were so delighted by a true 5 star experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room service went above and beyond in making sure our stay was wonderful. We got a free upgrade upon arrival and we were sent a surprise cake for our honeymoon by the front staff. Shout out to Bishnu for the exceptional room service. The location was perfect, 10 mins from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The valet parking was really good as well and was complimentary. Thank you Hotel Indigo.
