Marcus was fabulous during check in. He acted quickly when we asked to change our room from smoking to none smoking. Keep it up. Not only that, the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is in a area which feels unsafe to go outside in the evening/night time unless you drive or use taxi.The room was smelling heavily like smoke and the bathroom was very old and mold was around the shower cabinet.The dining was very poor .Would not recommend if you are looking for cleanliness, safe and a tasty dining experience.

The property has great potential but would benefit from some updates and improvements in the rooms. While room service could be more prompt, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary underground parking, though tight, was a nice perk. The bathrooms could use some TLC, particularly the shower doors and heads. There was some noise from the room above, but overall it was a decent stay.

Room service wasn't great, hotel service wasn't great, 1 towel was given for 2 people, no toothpaste or toothbrush was given, standing shower wasn't good, low water flow from the shower head. breakfast was great.

Can’t watch the TV. No room service and without any materials provided for the basic cleaning of toothbrush. It’s very bad service
