Excellent imperfect hotel

It have the impression of being an epic place when it opened but had taken its eye off the ball slightly with various bits and pieces no longer working as they should, but nothing major and had other things going for it such as location, room size and design. Bar on ground floor was friendly and underused. Breakfasts there was buffet and good quality and selection for all tastes east and west

Had a little trouble at first with the air conditioning, not getting cold, but once the room was changed, everything was OK. Received some hard and chewy fish and chips from the restaurant which they refused to credit. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Good for a quick 1-2 days Dubai visit, not for longer stay

Needs to Pay Attention to Housekeeping
Posted 13 May 2024 on HotelsFirst day was terrible. AC and cleanliness issues in my room but the management resolved them within 24 hours. The hotel needs to change the tettered towels and sheets.
