Great location in Al Rigga area of Deira, Friendly and helpful staff. However the hotel rooms are dated and need refurbishment. Water pressure is poor and very little, if any hot water at anytime of day/night.
Another down side was we had booked 2 single occupancy rooms (higher rate than 2 people sharing a room) My friend (in one room) had his girlfriend come and stay and was charged an extra 100aed per night ! Even on the final night, which we had paid upto 12 noon and had to leave at 1am for flight, hit charges for lowing her into the room ? The details in the hotel diary are also out of date with pool times and bar opening and name of bars available in the hotel. ** for info** if you have lower floor room you will here music coming from the Metro Manila bar and Cheers bars (this didn’t affect us) You will also be charged a refundable deposit per room on arrival and local tax

Its Good for the Price
Posted 12 Apr 2024 on HotelsGood hotel for a short stay for the price. Parking is available but we need to pay AED20 per night. Beware there are no electric sockets inside the room. We need to unplug the lamps and use those sockets for charging our phones or whatever.

The place is old , needs updating and is quite noisy the area is ok for walking but the music loud , parties etc. not recommended for older people!
