A very great experience staying at Gevora hotel. The staff was amazing at all levels. A very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was great and amazing with a lot of veggie options! We had dinner at the Mezzanine and Owsum and Lokesh are amazing at customer service!

I like the property as it was close to every attraction and it had restaurants nearby.
I didnt loke that the interior had carpet that gets so dirty and the bathroom had a little bit of brown on the edges like mildew.

Lifts are too crowded. Waiting time for lift ride is minimum 20 minutes

Property is in need of repair around pool and in rooms. Elevators are a problem and can take up to 10 minutes to access. Location is great for metro and tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet is just ok

Tall and great view, elevators take forever with all the floors, especially if way up high, and the lobby is not too spectacular compared to other hotels, overall a 4.5 stay. Oh and the linens kinda stunk

Elevators were all packed for an hour or more and was running late for my checkin/departure still waiting for my luggages from the bell men. Highly disappointed....

Property is old and there was always traffic when you had to wait for the elevator. WE HAD TO WAIT 40MINS before we could get inside an elevator that had space to go in. For such a prestigious hotel, it came with alot of inconveniences. I will never stay here again. Dont do it, do not stay at this place. Oh also, the staff was concerned about giving us extra towels, as if they would get in trouble for it. NOT a great hotel to stay at and before you enter the elevator you are always harrassed by men trying to sell you perfumes and traditional clothing. DO NOT STAY HERE.
