Its was a decent stay. Lots of restaurant around n food is great at hotel. however their a/c needs heavy repair. My room ac in 24 hrs dips down only 1 degree..staff is super helpful. Worth to book but watch put for your room a/c condition

The only good thing about this hotel is the near by restaurants and shops. The housekeeping does not properly clean the rooms and leave dust and garbage. You have to ask 5 times to get towels because they don’t have enough. The day we checked out is when I lost my mind with this hotel. We had my brothers wedding at this property and booked a few rooms. When we checked out, they charged my room for a missing remote back cover 200 dhiram. I came from US and that equals to $50, a whole remote in the US is no where close to this amount and they wanted me to pay this amount for their cheap remote back cover. And to top it off, their TV does not work. They charged another family members room for a hand towel that was dirty. Last time I checked, towels get dirty. Seriously? Then they charged one room because one of their dinner plates was missing, like we were going to steal their cheap dinner plate and take it to the US with us. Then they accused one room with a dirty pillow case, like seriously. Their cheap behavior caused my blood to boil. They figured out we came from the US and the housekeeping manager accused of unnecessary crap so he can pocket some money. So stay at your own expense. And do not use anything in the room, dont use the towels, the pillows or dinner set, bring your own so they cant blame you. Bring you own tv and remote too. And if you are from the US or UK don’t let them know so they can’t rip you off.

gutter smells in kitchen 24/7, cooking pan &cookwear are super dirty and in bad condiction, front desk staff are helpfull, i am very disopponited with my last day at check out with housekeeping manager is worse person i have seen in hospitallity he blam on us one towel got a stain he charge me 80aed, one plate was missing charge me 55aed then one spoon was missing he charge me for 35aed then remote cover was misiing he charge us for85aed, honeslty have no clue about this we are 5 familes stay in 5 rooms in this hotel for a wedding event we use plates and spoons from each other rooms it might be misplace but they charge us for this crap, not recommended for family and long stay term. dirty carpet broken lamps smells bad fridge, have to ask 10 times everyday for towels we were 4 people in the room , they are providing one towel daliy for 4people, honesty those towels are super used and old crap very disapponited.

Helpful staff. Rooms were okay with odd cockroaches roaming around which upon request, staff sprayed and got rid of them. Surrounding is lively and accessible. 1 minute walk to grocery supermarket. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The property needs to get renovated especially the floor 4 where we stayed as there were signs of leakage, drainage issue and plug in to charge your international devices is difficult to do as they are loose to fit. Cleanliness is excellent, staff are humble and helpful, nearby areas are full of amenities that you can imagine.
