While it was unbeatable price for the size it is outdated and the cleanliness in the kitchen is very poor, you have to wash everything all over and expect to see many roaches. I know it is a common thing in old buildings in Dubai but it should be manageable. The staff is very friendly. Personally would never stay here again.

the check-in took more than two hours. The room was not cleaned and ready even though I arrived a few hours after check-in Time.

Great location, there is even an amazing dentist who has a clinic in the hotel complex, the food is good, staff is nice , comfortable bed and linens its a wonderful stay

Imagine reaching your hotel, severely jet-lagged, at 2 a.m. with your family after multiple international flights/connections, and being told that they don't have the apartment you had prepaid for. I was told they would try to get me the 3-bedroom apartment I had prepaid for in a day or so. They gave me three rooms far apart from each other instead, which is a nightmare for any family. The following morning, I went to the manager, asking for my apartment, and instead of apologizing, he falsely claimed that he didn't get the reservation until the night before. I showed him my phone log, showing him that I had called a few days ago and the hotel had confirmed my booking. He made another false promise that he would compensate me for the inconvenience, which obviously never happened. Here are my other observations of the service/facility. - The kitchen top was stained, the utensils were almost nonexistent, and the ones there were severely damaged, rendering them unusable. I saw a couple of cockroaches roaming around as well. - Despite paying for six individuals, the staff resisted providing more than four towels. - TVs and phones were unworkable, which they fixed after multiple requests. - While leaving the hotel, the bellboy simply refused to bring my luggage to the parking lot until I paid my dues at the front desk. To summarize, it's a dated hotel with poor service. They are largely unfamiliar with the concept of hospitality. Not recommended for western/intl. travelers.

The hostel canceled my reservation after I paid the money before arrival. I had to go to another hotel and I still don’t know how to get my money back

The staff at this hotel always went above and beyond the call of duty. They answered every question I had, made and confirmed my appointment for my COVID test, and even notified me when I received my results the following morning. I would give the staff 10 stars!!!

Nice need service improvement

Nice hotel ....services needs to be improved . And more caution on COVID 19 needs to be applied.
