We were charged extra for a third bed even though the original booking was for three people. We had to call housekeeping when we returned to the room the first night to have them bring in the third bed because they were confused and didn’t do it while we were out of the room. The daily cleaning of the room during our stay seemed insufficient.

Comfortable room, but street noise makes it difficult to sleep. Close to mall walking distance. Bathroom needs renovation

Going to the restaurant on the day I arrived after a 14 hour flight I ordered a coffee as I couldn't check-in, the rude lady brought me a coffee half full so I said can I av a full one she brought me the same one back half full. An it was about 6 pound. Also I was put on the 13 floor an the roof top bar is so noisy at night, jus a few floors up . would not stay here again. I also rang down an and asked for more milk for the room ,they only provide creamer!! Who has creamer with tea. !! I was told there is a billable charge for milk..The customer service is zero an needs looking into. Defo will not be back.
