Smelled a little musty in the hallways. Didn’t get my complimentary drinks. They messed up my booking, called me a day before my check out they I had to check out or I’d be charged for an extra night eventhough Expedia showed by correct check out day

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Dukes The Palm Resort in Dubai, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the private beach, which was pristine and offered breathtaking views.
The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending luxury with comfort. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect.
I also enjoyed the diverse dining options available on-site, with delicious cuisine that catered to every palate. Whether lounging by the pool or soaking up the sun on the beach, every moment was pure bliss.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Dubai. I can’t wait to return!

The property was great, the only thing is that the rooms had a different smell due to the humidity. Sometimes coming into the room it didn't smell pleasent.

Rooms need a makeover and there were some plumbing issues, pool is a bit of walk from the hotel, food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) is very limited so you may need to take a walk to the mall.

2nd stay at Dukes. And again did not disappoint. From the staff that greet you from when you arrive at the front of us to the staff that clean rooms. Fantastic service. The staff on the entrance are just amazing always eager to help with your shopping not just getting out the car but carrying it to your room brilliant. Breakfast staff and cooks are equally as good.
