Check in waiting time takes more than an hour and the room is dusty.

I wish they make just one time cleaning for who book more than one week , cuz i book 2 week , if they clean just one time in one week

Posted 18 Sep 2017 on HotelsFantastic location, very new and well furnished appartment, Kamal Rahmonov guest experience maker was of a great help and contibuted to make my stay good after some discomfort due to construction work noise. this is a sublease appartments not a hotel, parking is close, extreemly confusing location but in the hear of city walk, you need to call for directinon

I did not receive the refund
Posted 14 Sep 2017 on HotelsThe room was not ready at the time of check in, it was late for 3 hours. As a compensation the manager promised to process refund of the first night. I did not reciece anything till now.
