All the staff were very friendly, especially the Naem, Mohammed and Novi and all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They always greeted us especially our 9 month old baby who was always so happy to see everyone at breakfast and dinner.
If we called for more water or towels to our room it would arrive within a few minutes. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the Dubai mall but also restaurants nearby. it is a good location as things are not too far by taxi.

Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was just as pictures online. Room was very clean and soundproof. Nicely located with a number of eateries to choose from within a short distance.

Took the half board option with breakfast and dinner/lunch. They also allowed for late check out which was useful. Staff was so helpful.
