On arrival reception welcomed me with a smile and offered me a free water view and room size upgrade which was lovely. However on entering the room I could smell cigarette smoke and condition of the room was a bit poor to me. I advised reception that night and was told they next shift would look into it for me in the morning. This was not done the next day but reception manager asked me to look at an alternative room I could stay in which did not have a good view. I did not worry about it as would be out most of the time anyway. New room did not smell of smoke and condition was much better. Breakfast at the hotel is fairly basic but free so cannot complain too much. Eggs however you like them, toast etc and fruit, tea coffee. Staff are amazing at the hotel but rooms are fairly standard for a 5 star as was expecting higher spec but for the price in the location it’s not bad. When leaving hallways were being painted which was good to see. The staff really impressed me and made the stay a pleasant one.

Everything in terms of their facilities were exceptional however i would say thst the breakfast is really poor. I'm well travelled and this is the onlt reason we had breakfast on solely our first morning: But thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful stay. Mr & Mrs Ahmed

I had an incredible experience staying Damac Cour Jardin. Perks of staying here - deluxe room includes kitchen and dishes(there is walkin grocery store as well) - 10 minutes walk to metro station. Good location for tourists. - very nearby to Burj khalifa and Mall. - you can enjoy the view even from this hotel location. - very neat and clean hotel rooms - Manager namely, Hossam was so nice to me throughtout the staycation. All the staff were very friendly and nice.
