I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was located walking distance from the Emirates mall and other shops/restaurants. The hotel was very clean and it had all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. I will definitely stay again!

Great staff who were very helpful and close to mall of emirates. Pool is nice but sadly gym was under maintenance

Convenient and comfortable
Posted 21 Jul 2024 on HotelsHotel is comfortable and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel is also within walking distance from Emirates Mall and metro although this can be challenging when the weather gets very hot outside. Many eateries around the hotel that stay open late into the night and early morning.

Staff is ill mannered
Service not good would never recommend to anybody

Mostly staff is indian and they dont know anything about hospitality and how to accomodate customers who travel all across the world and they come to experience such pathetic envoirment

Amazing staff, although we had to go back earlier due to personal reasons. The staff was just excellent in the 1 week that we stayed there. Definitely recommended
