At the time of Check-in, the room was dirty and dirty, water was leaking. We asked for another room they charged extra for the family room and we found cigrattes on the carpets. VERY BAD SERVICE THEY DESTROYED MY VACATION. I HAVE A VIDEO AND PICTURE WITH THE HOTEL STAFF IN THE ROOMS.

Good is that lots of places around and its in old Dubai. Also they accommodated early checkin for me. Bad - The TV in the room did not work. I was told there was a minibar in the room, which there wasn't.

the service at the desk was terrible, i was a couple of hours early due to my flight, my room was ready but they still charged me. The Ac didn't work in my room. The TV had only 4 English speaking channels as oppose to the many offered. The tap in the new room offered was broken and the towels we hard and discoloured.

the hotel need refurbishment, the bathroom floor is always flooded after bathing.

The location was amazing. The comfort of the bed was not to my taste. It was hard. The room was spacious, bathroom was a bit smaller than an average Emerati toilet. The wood varnish was a bit too dark and had darkened to room much darker. Could have been a bit more light natural varnish.
