Clean and convenient property. Good breakfast included in the mornings. Polite and friendly staff workers. Close to Ark Encounter which we enjoyed tremendously. Would stay again.

BIG spider greeted us in the bathroom. Area on end of building looks like a garbage dump. Got tree sap on my truck because branches haven't been pruned.

I can thoroughly understand why sheets are not changed every day but the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress and became very wrinkled and uncomfortable. Seems housekeeping could at least straighten out the bottom sheet each day. The key cards wouldn’t work after a few times. And would have liked some variety in the breakfast offerings. One the good side, the breakfast food was hot and tasty and couldn’t beat the daily rate!

My husband had a medical problem plus there was a hurricane brewing and we weren't going to be able to go. We had obtained the "insurance" which I assumed would take care of need to cancel the reservation. We called the hotel to cancel our reservation and were told they couldn't cancel the reservation or help us. Had no information on what to do and the staff couldn't help.
