Rooms very clean. Hot water tap in bathroom sink was dripping constantly. We were in an accessible room. Shower should have a removable shower head. The shower head was way to high for someone with a disability.

Staff very friendly & efficient. Breakfasts all except last day were great. Today all hot food was cold and no evidence of staff except to clear away remains at 9:00 a.m. Only complaint was mattress on sofa bed. It clearly needs replacing as it felt like sleeping on springs. Most uncomfortable. Thank you for another wise great stay.
