First room was musty and upon inspection floor soaking wet. Air conditioning leak . Had to change rooms. Rooms had no electric sockets near bed head. Staff were all lovely and the breakfast was excellent

The hotel was logisticslly ideal for our journey and good VFM but i was travelling with a 10,11 and 13yo and the "doubel sofa bed " was not big enough for any two to sleep in. Id say it would be ideal for under 7/8 yo but no bigger.
Even if could have managed some sleeep, the constant trickling toilet cistern put pay to that! The breakfast was ok and the staff very friendly but i wouldnt stay there again as a 4 as the room /bed simply isnt big enough.

Our room's air conditioner was not functioning.
Anna quickly remedied the problem and moved us to a room with a functioning air conditioner.

Nice clean property. Ideal for M5 but not affected by noise. Repeat visitor as we like the hotel.
