Facilities in reception, room and bar areas were excellent apart from tv kept switching itself off. Disappointingly slow service in the hotel restaurant when we had an evening meal. Breakfast was good though. Bed also wasn’t made properly, sheets and pillows in same state as when we left the room earlier in the room, just duvet that been pulled up. For the price paid, left with a feeling of disappointment.

Family room was great and we stayed on Halloween and our sons bed had Halloween chocolates waiting for him which was a nice extra little touch.

Great price and we got an upgrade which was nice. Used the leisure facilities and was very good. Very good choice for breakfast, the only downside was the evening meal which we felt was expensive for the steak as it was not very big. But that said I think we will be back

It was an ok property not the 4 star hotel that we expected. The amenities were not great, the beds were hard and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room heating was not working and we had to use an oil radiator. Overall, not worth the price we paid.
