"Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay. No tv or internet but I used...
