New and spacious. easy and enjoyable.
Posted 30 Jan 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was ideal. Parking free and secure, very clean and new hotel. Large room and the lounge space was very nice. They didn’t serve food but there was a lovely restaurant nearby and they were happy for us to eat in the lounge. Staff were very good.

The Ibis is a nice hotel. New and modern. The lobby area was impressive with a bar area, lots of seating, complimentary and very tasty breakfast. It is warm and inviting with some outdoor seating. The hotel room was ok. The bathroom was well done and attractive. There was soap and two cups in the bath, but no other toiletries except nice soft towels.The room itself was basic. No refrigerator, coffee maker or any of that. A comfortable bed and a desk with one chair. There was an area to hang clothes with some shelf space. It was adequate. Each room had a nice balcony, but there were no chairs to sit on out there. It is across the street from the train station which is what attracted us to this hotel. We would stay here again.

Great overnight stop
Posted 21 Aug 2022 on HotelsWe booked a single night for a break on our journey south. Great to find a hotel with on-site secure parking, even better that it was free! Very friendly staff, good location and very clean rooms. All that you need for an overnight stop and good value too.

Great overnight stay
Posted 27 Mar 2022 on HotelsHotel only opened a few weeks ago so not surprisingly it was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is at the back behind a secure barrier. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to centre of town, where we found a very nice restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.
