Friendly witches in a picturesque little inn
Posted 15 Oct 2017 on HotelsHexenhaus was a picturesque place, with comfortable rooms in two houses facing each other. The upper rooms are accessible through an old staircase. Very charming. We had a room on the third floor with twin beds in two distinct areas, each with a sitting space. The linen was of a pretty print, not white for once. Breakfast was delicious and copious, for 8.50 euros, very worth it. We arrived late in the evening and had dinner at the inn, fine cuisine! Very nice little place for great price.

perfect place for visiters having their own cars

Very nice, but carry cash
Posted 28 Jul 2014 on HotelsThe Hexenhaus has three locations near one another. We stayed in the Katzenhaus, which was a very cute and nice location. The neighborhood was very nice and on a hill about three miles from downtown Dresden. My only complaint was that they were unable or unwilling to accept credit cards. I have a German credit card and they wouldn't even take that. We needed to drive about a mile and a half to an ATM to get cash. They need to let people know that they only will take cash. One of the restaurants connected to the Hexenhaus accepted my credit card for dinner.

Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Besonders gut waren das Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Bedienung, die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption.

Nicht das zimmer nehmen über der sauna
