I dont want to go back to Dresden but I do want to go back to this hostel best memory in Dresden

Good location, very clean and a quiet hostel. But building is very big and shared bathroom is a hike down the hall. Has numerous places to sit and get work done. WiFi in lobby area not very strong.

We loved being in a youth hostel that caters for all ages. The breakfast was superb. The location was also very good.

Front desk service was terrible. They told me that I would have to pay 2 euros extra per night for each additional towel that I wanted beyond the 2 towels allowed for my entire stay. A different front desk clerk the next day gave me the towels for free. On the positive side, the free breakfast was really good, but the dinner @ 7 euros charge was absolutely fantastic. On my last night there, the front desk clerk told me there was no food available for dinner - I went to the cook personally and he assured me that there was plenty of food, and I eventually was allowed to pay the 7 euros for the dinner. Had I listened to the front desk clerk and not followed up on my own, I would have had no meal that night. The customer service at this hotel is very minimal at best. Do not expect much from them

I can’t believe in 2019 hostels can advertise they have wifi and it doesn’t work. Awful As well only one washing machine and dryer for the entire hostel. Breakfast was also a rip off
