Booked this for a blues hockey game at enterprise arena. Fantastic location and within walking distance to things downtown.

I traveled to St Louis to attend the Usher concert and only stayed for one night. The hotel was nice and clean, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really nice. The hotel was only about 7 minutes from the concert venue and also a few minutes from Quiktrip and other restaurants. I’d definitely stay again!!

I am a dental provider at a non-profit clinic. Not much throws me in dealing with different people and difficult situations. I was surprised at the night front desk staff though. It's as if I stepped into their bad day. Specially concerning my Expedia reservations - they acted as if they weren't valid. I had to convince them I had three rooms reserved. They were not going to accept the reservation and said you need to call Expedia. Whatever you do - do not book this hotel through Expedia. Terrible customer service experience.
