Excellent location and service, but not enough staff at Anthem Restaurant.
Be careful with the destination fees and food credits, it is very tricky

the lobby is great but the house cleaning service is terrible. not cleaned room even called ne told them I am leaving. Good thing was, when I returned and called then they sent some one right way to clean the room.
same thing happened with my kids room, next day. so no cleaning and every time excuse was, we may have left the privacy room sign.
first day even phone was not working, TV remore not working and on top when ordered food then half of the order was wrong.
Not good experience .

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I was so impressed the first time I decided to rebook for my husband and I’s mini “baby moon”. However, this time we were incredibly disappointed. The hotel itself was fine (with the exception of some dirty areas in our room), however, the front desk staff and valet staff were horrible. I was told 3 different things by the valet staff and none of the information was consistent. I was charged a random $100 fee and have yet to get my money back (this $100 is in addition the valet fee of $700 and $30 destination fee) - I paid in full when booking the hotel so my balance should have been $0 except for the 2 fees mentioned. When I called to confirm my booking the day before, the lady on the phone said “yeah, we have rooms” but refused to confirm my specific reservation which I thought was strange. Overall, we’re very unimpressed, especially for the price.
