It was a small room but a nice roo. Walkable to Wawa's, CVS, and Jimmy John's. Bus too the main museums strip. Over all a nice pkace to stay. Lovely staff. Very helpful. LGBTQ friendly. (Queer. Stayed with my partener. No one flinched.)💜

It’s a bit older than most hotels in the area, but it was reasonably priced and not too far from the convention center. The staff was friendly and overall not too bad.

We stayed at this hotel because of the closeness to it's location to all the main sites to see in DC.
The hotel overall is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide a really nice breakfast and always have tea, coffee, and mint/lemon water in the main lobby. The breakfast includes waffles, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, toast, etc. Staff even at breakfast were really nice and helpful.
Amenities - They have a pool and small gym as well as a conference room.
The hotel is conveniently located by a lot of restaurants and is a good place to start for a walking tour of DC sites.
Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated and our sheets had some burn stains on it. The water pressure also was awful and it would take a really long time before we got hot water.

I liked the hotel but was not happy with the parking garage. We drive an F-150 Pickup and it was terrible trying to park. This is the only thing that might keep me from staying here again.
