The frig in the room did not work!!! Unable to get heat the first morning, and it was 62 degrees. We called the front desk, and they had someone come up immediately. He repaired the heat while we were out. Room was very clean, and very towels!!!

It was very spacious but didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave inside the room which was inconvenient although microwaves were on certain floors. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean but the beds were very stiff.

Good location and comfy bed. Our room appeared to be updated with some potentially nice features, but it was poorly executed, specifically the bathroom: the shower head was really low (okay for me but not for 6 foot husband), the sliding door was broken/off slider, the shower handle was installed backwards, the vanity lighting was so dim and the shower light wouldn’t turn off, ever. Meh experience.

For my purposes, the location was outstanding. Upon arrival, we were notified that we were upgraded, and it was an awesome room. I will be returning there upon my next visit,

The proprty has hidden charges which they disclose only a day before check in. I would have pickked other properties over this at same overall rate

Standard hotel at a hugely inflated price. You're paying for location. Scuffed room doors, tacky hallways, 1970s bathtub with dodgy shower curtains ...good enough, and it would have been a good value at half price.
