Loved the hotel. Staff was great. The area was safe and clean. The price was outrageous though due to it being Taylor Swift weekend. Paid about $1600/night. Should be illegal to mark up the price that much.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I’ve stayed here for long periods of time and short while visiting Vancouver and I highly recommend this hotel. There’s so many places to eat and the views are amazing.

The first room I had smelled very bad and gave me a headache. There was also a dead plant in the room. The staff changed my room and the next one was much better, I am grateful for that. The dinner I ordered was disappointing and expensive. The salad was overdressed and had chunks of the romaine core that should have not been served. The pasta was overcooked and the bacon component was undercooked, the crab was lost in the other flavors. The two staff who delivered the meal were very kind and the view was mesmerizing. The bed was excellent. The in room coffee maker and plug did not work with the architectural set up, that should also be resolved.

We appreciated the quiet, relaxing environment and the opportunity to enjoy complimentary refreshments throughout the day. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore Vancouver's many attractions. Whether we were visiting nearby shops, museums, or taking a stroll in the beautiful surroundings, everything was conveniently accessible.
