The hotel was fine but I can’t stand getting harassed every few days to fill out the survey. Hence the one star.

Upon check in, we checked our windows which were unlocked with NO screen and access straight out to a roof where there had obviously been a homeless person sleeping. One of our windows would not lock. Called reception and someone came up and said something was wrong with the window and he put a “permanent” lock on it. I did not feel safe at all thinking about how we could have walked into some stranger being in our room. The elevator is super tiny and you have to wait forever for. The walls are like paper thin and all I could hear the entire time was other people in their own rooms. It sounded like they were in the hall right outside our room but they were not. Awful experience.

Above and beyond service from Marry-Anne at the front desk. Addressed some concerns quickly and efficiently. Will stay here again and its remodeled
