We request non smoking room. But they assigned a bad smell smoking room to us. And said no room to change.

The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.

Nice location, rooms food staff and overall positive experience. Some aspects can be improved of course, such is food variety but having in mind the pricing I believe it is a very good overall balance

Although there were a few technical difficulties with my room when I checked in, the staff moved me to a new room and did their best to make me feel comfortable. I appreciate the hospitality of the management and the staff. Also, breakfast and location are great!
