Beautiful and quiet hotel with a good breakfast. The only issue was the hot tub was out of order. Maybe next time.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was varied. The room was spacious and well appointed. The valet parking has very quick and efficient both ways.

My husband and I have never been to Toronto and were Celebrating our First anniversary. The staff surprised us with a beautiful gift to welcome us and acknowledge our special day.
I was a little upset upon check in due to travel in and the front desk agent was so pleasant and kind I really appreciate that. He was friendly and patient so thank you for that.
Only thing is the parking was a bit expensive and no additional options on property. But other than that we had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Location was perfect and safe. ♥️

In the heart of the city but still cozy. Breakfast included, and easy commute to many popular venues.

Extremely convenient to Rogers Centre and multiple dining options. Staff was very friendly.

Convenient location, clean hotel. Unfortunately hot tub was closed and our sofa bed was broken, had to call for a cot.
