Pictures are not what the place actually looks like. The balcony is a platform. Parking is not included like it says. The front desk staff was rude.

Customer service was great. The first room I was given, when I walked up to the door I saw it was open (door had not been pulled shut after cleaning), and there were crumbs on the bedside table so I went downstairs and asked for a new room. They immediately apologized and gave me a new one.
The rooms are interesting, small and cozy. There’s a hallway, small kitchen, washer/dryer in a closet, bed and bathroom were clean & tasteful. It felt like a college dorm. I would stay here again.
