The staff were very helpful from the front desk to cleaning to maintenance. We were there for the Taylor Swift Concert, and they had tons of information in the lobby to help us find out way around and directions to get to the concert, they even had a selfie wall for us. We felt very welcome. Thank You!

When we arrived it was late and my daughter and I struggled with our luggage while the security laughed and the 2 men behind the desk looked on. We didn’t get the room we booked nor the bottle of wine which I didn’t care. They did offer to switch rooms but at 2/30 am it seemed to daunting. The rooms are run down and felt dirty. White curtains are no longer white, the rug has worn out in spots, the bathroom door has peeled and chipped at the bottom where the door rubs and there is large amounts of rust on the towel rack! Not worth it IMO

The front desk staff are helpful and friendly as were other staff that we met. It’s a handy hotel close to shopping and hospitals. There’s fresh coffee, in the lobby, in the morning.

Check in was a breeze. I didnt use any ammenities or room services but the cleaning woman at one point caught me in the hallway and asked if i had everthing i needed and reminded me where i could find her if i needed anything. I thought that was very nice. I didnt catch her name but i was on floor 16. She was great.

We had a great stay, everything g about it was wonderful. Especially Shella who was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and knew me by name. I would definitely recommend this place as well as I would stay here again.
