Animal noises in the wall all night, A/C vent would not shut off and blowing on the bed all night. Cars drag racing outside of hotel all night

If you would like to respond and elaborate on the animal noises in the wall that would be much appreciate so we can address this concern. Our maintenance team has looking into the A/C and has addressed this issue to ensure it is an isolated incident. Due to our location there may be outside noise cause from the downtown area, and we do our best to help control the noise. We hope that we can invite you back to the property in the future should your travels bring you back to Tampa.

Limited choice of breakfast. It's quite expensive for parking of $25.00 daily. The toilet and shower sink were clogged during my stay. The air filter is quite dirty. Friendly staff. I gave a three star because of the above issues. Overall, it's a great stay.

Cleanliness has also been brought to housekeeping's attention as well. I liked the security, you had to be buzzed in the second door, staff very friendly. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like

Very good hotel considering the price and the area. Also very convenient parking. We’re staying in this hotel again.

The location of the property is perfect for downtown and offer a great breakfast.
What I disliked was the fact that they were repairing/replacing an AC unit in the room directly above us which was very loud and inconvenient for our stay. The repairs also vibrated the windows in our room which caused more noise.
I went down to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do for us and his response was "ear plugs."
An offer for a different room would of been acceptable if one was offered, but it was not.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We apologize for the inconvenience of the noise during a repair of an A/C unit. When making these repairs we do schedule these during the afternoon in consideration to all our guest to cause as little disturbance as possible. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any available rooms to transfer too which is why another room could not be offered at the time. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this had cause you during your stay.
