The decor was beautiful - the breakfast had a good assortment of choices - best of all was the staff, they were very helpful, polite, and accommodating. I will recommend this location to others.

When we checked in we were identified as "Expedia" between staff - apparently a bad thing. TV did not work - called twice and worked for a short period later that night, then off again. Rooms are tired. Entrance is sketchy - too bad this property went down hill. Parked in back, saw a rat with a bagel in his mouth. Have stayed there many times, will not return.

Great location next to Armory Square. Unfortunately almost nothing was open on Sunday. Bar crowds noisy until 2 am

AC broke on 7/6/24 and the room got up to 85 degrees. The hotel did not provide a discount due to being booked on Expedia.
