The Gower Guest House perfectly matched our needs and fully met our expectations. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the location was both quiet and central. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting St. John's.

Excellent location - part of jelly bean houses.
Good for the price. With some interior refreshment It would be more attractive.

Stay away! The toilet didn’t flush properly, the only chair in the room was broken, the window screens were broken, the carpet was stained and stinky, and the bed was unsleepable…felt like sleeping on a marshmallow. And there is a general odour of mould, mildew and rot. It’s a dive!

For seniors trying to carry their luggage up 3 flights of stairs is very inconvenient
