I did not like the staffs who work on front desk they were rude and did not even smile and were not cooperative when asked to send some one to the room to change the bed sheet

Great place to stay to sleep and be safe, it does the job. The area in Silver Spring is very walkable with convenience stores and pharmacies nearby to this hotel; the metro station is about a 15 min walk so that was also nice.

Got a room for a family member who was in town for the holidays. Very easy to access from Georgia Avenue. Easy to drop off people and then go park.
Front lobby receptionist was very nice and the check-in done quickly, which was great as it was busy due to the holiday.
I escorted my family member to the room. It was clean, modern, and quiet. Would recommend this hotel for others visiting.

This place needs major upgrades. The toilet barely worked, took forever for the water to turn hot. The lobby and eating area were only nice things about the place. 2/5 would not recommend.
