Rooms were just ok. First room we refused because our “city view” was of a parking garage. Many homeless folks around and in front of hotel. Camping across the street. Open drug use outside lobby. Although close to Pike Place, I would not recommend this property. Do not feel it lived up to Hilton standards.

The Charter Hotel was in a prime location for access to Pike Pl and surrounding restaurants. Additionally, public transportation is nearby. The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The hotel staff seemed to be ok but not quite to the standard you would expect with Hilton. I had to spend 30 minutes sorting out the bill for 2 rooms and still, the charges were incorrect. I later followed up via phone and the man I spoke with was dismissive, rude and unapologetic despite the hotels error. The hotel is good for a night or two.

Nice new hotel with good amenities. Fabulous location! HVAC system is loud in room and fridge was not functioning. Front desk took off in the middle of a transaction! Other staff were very helpful.
