The property was beautiful old world style, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, I dislike shower curtains amd would prefer a sink in the bathroom, not outside. I would also like teaspoons and milk in the room instead of timber stirrers and powder creamer. I think this would be more 5 star. On the whole a lovely hotel, good service and clean. Although they did lock us out of our room 5 minutes before we were due to check out..a little annoying. Would recommend this hotel. I think it is probably one of the best in Seattle.

We were happy with the room and location. The room service was quite expensive with their added fees. We also experienced having room service where the delivery person said we needed to pay cash. We told the front desk when we checked out because the charge was added to our bill. They did credit our bill for the charge after we explained we paid cash. $27 for tea and toast. Yikes!
Otherwise the pool was nice and the concierge staff was excellent. They were the highlight of our stay. Very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was kept very clean as well.

Great hotel. Easy walking to pretty much everything Seattle can offer. The beds are super comfortable.

For staying only 2 night the fees was 200 dollars which was the deposit and i was getting charged for things that i didnt order

Very comfortable stay. Great staff. Only thing we didn’t like was not having a fridge or microwave in the room to save and reheat leftovers.
