Great stay and location

Pool area and bar very nice. The Pisco sours are divine here.
The staff are all very helpful.

Good stay in Santiago
Posted 26 Apr 2024 on HotelsOur stay was good. Very nice staff, good breakfast spread, and safe surrounding area. The room needed updating and some fixes (the tub did not drain well, things cracked on the wall, etc.)

The food at the hotel spectacular. The personnel good. The hotel is old and not well maintained. The old carpets gives the impression of not clean. The may not be clean. The hotel is very average for a 2 star hotel. The ubicación is good at it is in the center of the city. Even though the crowding in the area make uncomfortable the strolling.

Good stay in downtown Santiago

We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility.

We are sorry that you had that impression of us, although that check in is at 15:00, we try as much as possible to deliver the rooms as soon as we have them ready, but there are days when our housekeeping team has a lot of work and they do their best so that we can fulfill our promise.

Water doesn’t drained in the shower and overflowed the restrooms. Bad!!!
