The room had only three small draws and a small closet not enough for two people that are staying for 5 days. That should be mentioned in the room description. I tried to get another room but they said they didn't have any rooms available.

We arrived half an hour early before checkin time of 4pm. Understand we are early than promised time so I don’t mind waiting. Front desk said we can have a seat at the lobby and they will let us know when ready. So at 4, no one approached us, so I check again and they said they need more time. And said they will let us know when ready. Asked if I want some water which is right next to reception. Well I will help myself. Then we see more people checking in after 4. So fine we can wait. At 4:40 pm, no one came to us at the lobby so I asked front desk again and then there is a room available. During the waiting time no one ask us anything or offer a drink etc. oh and I have to ask about the welcoming sparkling wine then they gave me one. It’s a self serve hotel. For the price I paid, I am very nice to give them 3 stars ratings.. To be fair, it’s nice and clean but I don’t feel welcome to stay.
