VERY POOR Wi-Fi. Very convenient to the plaza and museums. Short drives to other interest areas Air conditioning very noisy in the bedroom. It clicked and banged every 15 minutes all night. Vinyl floors needed a good washing. My white socks were black from the dirt on the soles. Excellent potato chips as desk

Los Palomas is not worth $370 per night. I understand the rooms are over 100 years old, but they should not be run down with mold on the walls. There was mold on 3 of the four walls in the shower. Mold was evident in the grout. The bathroom vanity had chips exposing particle board, the top counter edge appeared to be missing a strip, exposing more particle board. The lighting in the room was mismatched. The shower hardware looked as though it was purchased on clearance at Walmart, old plastic turn nobs. There is no chest of drawers and minimal open closet space that also accommodates a microwave and mini fridge. Our original reservation was for two nights, however 9 days before arriving we contacted Expedia and staff at Los Palomas to change our reservation to 1 night stay. While registering the manager insisted the reservation was never changed and we would have to pay the Santa Fe historical fees for the 2 nights. After ensuring 1 night’s fee would be reimbursed upon check out if we did stay just the 1 night, we paid the 2 nights fees. Within 10 minutes of arriving in the room a staff member came to our room to indicate the 1 night stay had been confirmed and had me sign a receipt for 1 night historical fee. Upon checking out I mentioned to the staff member that we had been charged Santa Fe historical fees for 3 nights, we needed to be reimbursed for 2 of those nights. As of this posting the 3 nights fees are still pending on my credit card statement. I suggest avoiding LP.

Dear Valued Guest. First of all, we would like to thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your experience and we'll make sure to take care of above-mentioned problems. Your original reservation was for 2 nights, and it was a prepaid reservation. It wasn't changed to 1 night and we didn't want you to be charged for 2 nights. When you had checked in since your reservation was for 2 nights your card was authorized for 2 night's historical preservation fees. Then we contacted Expedia on your behalf and made sure the reservation was changed to 1 night. So, upon checking out your card was only charged for 1 night's historical preservation fees. If you'd like we can send you the folio to your email which we printed for you upon, check out. Please feel free to reach out to us if there are any confusions. We hope you can give us another chance.
