The property is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always nice and the kitchen is a plus which is why we stay here because when you’re always eating out and bringing back leftovers it’s nice to heat them up for a midnight snack. The pool is okay but could be better. The buffet is pretty good with lots of options. Could use some ice for iced coffee options but maybe I just didn’t see any?? Otherwise it’s always a great affordable stay for an excellent time & great location.

Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful upon our arrival. Once we arrived at our room, the AC did not work and the heater was blasting. After notifying the front desk, maintenance was sent to our room. They said that the AC was fixed, but that was not the case. The heater continued to blast all night even with the thermostat set at 60 degrees fahrenheit. The next morning, we notified the front desk of the issue and they offered a room change. The front desk agent notified us that we would need to pack up all our items and bring them down to the front desk before she would change our room. I would have appreciated if staff helped to carry our heavy luggage throughout this process. The front desk agent was not very understanding or helpful during this process. The new room was clean and the AC worked better. Overall, I was disappointed with the service from the front desk staff.

It has a good vibe when you walk in the front door. Staff was nice. The room was fine. The HVAC system was a bit of a challenge. I couldn’t get it to maintain the temperature without having it run constantly.

Monet assisted me with check-in and provided GREAT customer service. The cleaning and breakfast staff was amazing. All the ladies during my stay provided over the top service will definitely be back!!!!
